About Us

The Leadership of GloWViCC PLC is a powerful one and a team of 9 comprising of the following committees:

corporate governance, compliance and remuneration committee

This committee is made up of 3 board members and top management where neccessary. It monitors and evaluates all other committees and the company as a whole. The board chairman is the head of this committee.

This committee is in charge of Audit and Risk Assessment activities of the company. It is made up of 3 board members and the Internal Control Department.

credit / recovery committee

This committee is made up of 3 members from the board and the lending department. The committee is in charge of inspecting collaterals, analyzing and granting of loans, recovery, and monitoring of loans. They sit every month to grant loans and ensure delinquency is reduced to the lowest level as possible.
