-Fill the GloWViCC Provided Application Form.
-Photocopy of Valid National ID Card.
-A Complete Address of Client (P.O. Box, Email, Telephone line etc)
-Proof of occupation e.g Business Lisense, Student ID Card, Pay Slips, etc.
-Sketch Location Plan of your Residence.
-For foreigners: Proof of residence and valid Passport
