We strive to protect and maintain a high level of trust and integrity within the financial sector. Our Board of Directors have adapted a strategy for replacing corruption with remuneration. There is a worthwhile saying that says, "You can't bite the finger that feeds you". Staffs are well paid to a level where they can stretch far beyond their basic needs and are encouraged to do more. By so doing, it has been planted in their minds not to engage in fraudulent activities.
Our recruitment process is not bias, discriminative or tribalistic. Recruitments are done in all integrity and objectivity through a written exam and after which successful candidates attend an interview session with an objective panel. In the end of the process the best and merited candidates are recruited. No staff is indispensable in the company as anyone can be anything and at any time in GloWViCC PLC.
